Each month you will receive 4-6 engaging social media posts for both Facebook & Instagram. Our content will focus on recruiting new talent, expressing gratitude towards your team and recognizing outstanding Caregivers of the month. You will also receive 2 inspirational text messages to send directly to your caregivers, helping to uplift their spirits and show appreciation. $225
Caregiver Mailing Subscription
Caregivers will receive a specially designed card that corresponds to a monthly theme. These cards will be personalized with words of appreciation and encouragement, acknowledging the extraordinary efforts they put forth in their work. Each card will contain a small gift such as a magnet, bookmark, vinyl sticker, keychain, charms, etc. that will serve as a tangible reminder of the gratitude we have for our caregivers. This mailing is offered to those that have a subscription for an additional $3 per caregiver/month. You can do a mailing every month or choose specific months.
First 90 day touchpoints with new hires!
Caregivers will receive 7 touchpoints from Power of Connection in their first 90 days! Each touchpoint is $5 per caregiver and they will receive the following:
Following Orientation - Welcome Card and gift
Following 1st week - We are so happy to have you card and gift
30 day - Themed card and gift (optional survey is also included here)
45 day - Themed card and gift
60 day - Themed card and gift (optional survey is also included here)
75 day - Themed card and gift
90 day - Themed card and gift (optional survey is also included here)
That is $35 per caregiver over 3 months!

Recruiting & Retention Deep Dive - $500/month
We will deep dive and evaluate current processes and identify areas of opportunity from job posting to onboarding and retention. Once we have gone through this process we will work to develop an action plan that includes KPI Goals and accountabilities.
Custom Surveys with detailed report of findings - $60

At the end of the third and beginning of the fourth quarters, we were beginning to lose steam in our hiring. We brought Sara on in November, and the following month we doubled our number of hires. Our weekly training classes have changed from 2-3 new CarePros, to now 4-5 on a regular basis, with the last two back-to-back weeks with 5 new CarePros trained and working! Due to her coaching, we’ve also added new touchpoints to recently hired CarePros to help curb a slightly elevated attrition in that specific segment of relatively new hires. Her monthly suggested social media posts, and texts to CarePros give our staff very effective tools to better recruit, and retain quality CarePros.
